Everyone knows that high-profile races are fuelled by the cars behind the racecars. Joining the ranks of the World Grand Prix is John Lassetire, who's the pit crew chief behind #24 Jeff Gorvette, a U.S. champion and a contender in the global competition. John Lassetire is an all-American pick up truck. He is based on the real John Lasseter, who is the creator and director of Cars and Cars2. These two cars are 1/55 scale diecast measuring 3 inches long, John's headset is not removable and made of plastic.

Cars 2 is a 2011 American computer-animated action film produced by Pixar, and it is the sequel to the 2006 film, Cars. In the sequel Lightning McQueen, his pit crew and his new crew chief, Mater, head around the world for the "Race of Champions" taking place in five different countries: Japan, Austria, Italy, a 24-hour race in France and the United Kingdom. However, Mater, involved in a case of mistaken identity, saves the life of a British secret agent named Finn McMissile, meet The Queen, save England and rescues Holley Shiftwell.

This film is directed by John Lasseter, co-directed by Brad Lewis. The film was presented in Disney Digital 3D and IMAX 3D, as well as traditional two-dimensional and IMAX formats. The film was a huge box office success, ranking #1 on its opening weekend in the U.S. and and Canada and topping international success of such previous Pixar's works as WALL-E, Cars, Monsters, Inc, Toy Story 2, A Bug's Life and Toy Story. With a budget of $200 millions this movie has grossed over $550 millions. Cars 2 will arrive on Blu-ray and DVD on November 1 with previously unreported bonus: a brand new Cars Toon entitled Air Mater and also a Toy Story Toon Hawaiian Vacation

The film will be released on Blu-ray, Blu-ray 3D, DVD, and itunes Movie Download on November 1, 2011.
