"Cars 2 Kmart exclusive" as well as "Cars 2 Walmart exclusive" garage sells for $50 but remember it comes with 6 diecast cars. These are not plastic toys, these are metal 1:55 scale diecasts. Since it comes with 6 cars and its prett big, I would say this is a very nice addition to any Cars 2 collection. Also has a heliport for your helicopter. 3 levels of fun with working elevator, moving gates, spiral ramp.
