Okuni & Shigeko
They are a micro car Kabuki dancer who dons the traditional white-painted face and an exquisite colorful kimono for her performances at the Kabuki theater in Tokyo, Japan

Miles Axlerod
His design resembles an extremly modified version of a Range Rover His license plate is ALT NRG, which stands for "alternative energy". Axlerod is also the car behind the World Grand Prix race, a three-country race he created that attracts the world's top athletes—but it's really an excuse to show off his new wonder-fuel, Allinol. Though at first Professor Zundapp appears to be the main villain, it is revealed near the end of the film by Mater that Axlerod is actually the villain and was part of a plot to turn the world against alternative energy and have them rely on gasoline, bringing profits to the lemons and himself due to the fact they owned the largest untapped oil reserves in the world.

Professor Zundapp
He is modeled as a Zündapp Janus, a micro-car in which back passengers sit facing backward. His license plate is BAD GA 58, which appears to be a pun on "bad guy". The 58 is one of the years the Zündapp Janus was made. "Professor Z, aka "The Professor," is not the main villain nor is the leader of the lemon cars. As it turns out, he is actually working for Miles Axlerod, who he thinks is a mastermind lemon, since Miles disguises himself. Since Professor Z is a scientist, Miles has him invent an electro magnetic pulse device which is disguised as a World Grand Prix camera, to use on the racers that use the gas Allinol. This was all part of a plan to turn the world against alternative energy and have all cars rely on gasoline, bringing profits to the lemon cars and himself due to the fact that they own the largest untapped oil reserves in the world.

"WASABI MATER"
While in Tokyo, Mater is driving around looking for free food. He asks the Sushi Chef what he has that's free. He doesn't respond however, as Mater quickly reacts when he sees the wasabi, mistaking it for pistachio ice cream. He asks for some, and the Chef gives him a small morsel, but Mater asks for more and more, until the Chef finally gives him a very large scoop. Mater then tries the wasabi, and burns his mouth badly.
- Mater says: Hey, what do you got here that's free? How about that pistachio ice cream?
- No, no. Wasabi.
- Oh, same old, same old. What's up with you?
- That looks delicious.
- Uh, a little more please. It is free, right? Keep it coming. A little more. Come on, let's go, it's free! You're getting there. Scoop, scoop. There you go! Now that's a scoop of ice cream.

Holley Shiftwell
Her license plate is HS1201, which stands for the voice actress Emily Mortimer's birthday Holley Shiftwell December 1st . Her design has a close resemblance to the Jaguar XJR-15
Holley is a beautiful young British desk agent, turned spy-in-training who is stationed in Tokyo to help Finn McMissile catch Professor Z and other lemons but she gets mesmerized by the beauty of his newest friend Tow Mater.

Finn McMissile
His license plate is 314 FMCM, wich stands for the voice actor Michael Caine's birthday in reverse March 14 Finn McMissile Caine Michael. The design of Finn is inspired by the ultimate spy car, James Bond silver 1964 Aston Martin DB5.
